We are days out from our 12th birthday (Dec 13) and weeks away from another Christmas at Lefty's. They seem to be going faster now and, as we all have noticed in recent years, each year seems to bring a new challenge in our increasingly complex world. Just when we thought it was clear sailing, a new gust came to blow the world off course. Perhaps that's true or perhaps the gusts are just the prevailing winds of change that will lead us to a better idea and a better way to live with each other on this big planet.

As the representative of all of the management and staff, I take this opportunity to wish all of our friends and guests a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I remind you, as I did in the December newsletter, to remember that the only real investment that pays guaranteed dividends in life is the time you spend with family and friends.
